St. Patty's Day Sweetery

Smitten Kitchen has created the perfect dessert for St. Patrick's Day: Chocolate Whiskey and Beer Cupcakes. They are a combination of chocolate and Guinness cupcakes (most of the beer gets baked out), a rich irish whiskey ganache filling, and Baileys Irish Cream frosting. My only suggestion? Try a bit of food coloring to add a minty green tint to the frosting.
