Say It With Cookies

My best friend has a yearly tradition of baking dozens of cookies each Christmas to give as gifts to family and friends. One thing I'll be recommending to her are Holiday Message-in-a-Cookie Cutters from Williams-Sonoma. Insert whatever message you'd like and stamp up a cute little cookie. What's nice is you can make holiday-neutral messages like "Seasons Greetings" and "Happy Holidays" or design cookies specific to their recipient.

While I love the gingerbread and snowflake shapes, I want a cookie that speaks for me all year long. That's why I'm asking Santa for the regular Message-in-a-Cookie Cutters. With a heart, star, and scalloped rectangle, these shapes can be used for Valentine's Day, birthdays, or any event. Say anything you want: "Cookies Rule" and "Cakes Drool," "Let's Make Out," or let cute cookies break the bad news when you say, "You Stink."
