Suite and Sugary Nutcracker Party

Some parties are so thoughtful and beautiful they make me sigh a little (and wonder where people find such big party budgets!). This swoon-worthy soiree is based on The Nutcracker Suite ballet. So often nutcrackers are decked out in traditional reds, blues, and greens—I was delighted to see them featured in such a charming girl's-party-meets-holiday-party theme. The white and sparkly nutcrackers blend wonderfully with the pretty pink decor.

See the full post and many more photos at Hostess With the Mostess (click here). Trust me, you've got to see it. And I've got to eat those macarons...

But...the most important question of the day: WHERE can I buy the clear glass beaded serveware? I must possess it! The plates, the pedestal bowls, the cake stands! HOW can I have them for myself? If you've seen anything like this, please leave a comment so we can all throw our hard-earned dollars at the manufacturer!

  1. The beaded glass looks like Imperial Candlewick or one of the numerous reproductions. I got the cake stand shown here http://morganmadeit.net/post/Gluten-Free-Carrot-Cake.aspx
at Target a few years ago for $15.

  2. I do have dessert plates in this glass pattern (hooray!). But I'm so impressed that they have so many different matching pieces!
