Chris over at Celebrations At Home spotted this terrific idea on the Wilton website. They used a specialty pan to create sugar cookie bowls for serving up ice cream, berries, puddings and more. Instead of pressing the dough into the inside of the pan, you drape it over the outside of the molds after spraying them. I say give this a try with any specialty pans you already have and see what the result is! Also, does anyone else think dipping the bottoms of the bowls in some melted chocolate might just take this to the next level? Mmm...and sprinkles? I need to get started on this!
