Sigh! I've been doing some wishful clicking online at Nordic Ware (www.nordicware.com). Their shaped bakeware has me wanting to cook up cakes galore, from petit fours to pineapples, to a pretty fabulous looking lemon loaf. I tell you though, cakelets are just the cutest any way you bake them. Which design do you like the best?
Can't help thinking how lovely the rose-shaped ones would be for red velvet cakelets at a bridal shower!
